Current Occupiers

Our estates offer a wide range of business and industrial accommodation and as such we have a real mix of tenants ranging from pump repairers to sign manufacturers to distribution companies.

We find our tenants really have a sense of community within our estates, with many of them trading between each other, and helping each other out where they can. To add to this, we provide our tenants with a quarterly Newsletter which keeps them fully up to date of what's happening within the estates and the company as a whole.

Many of our tenants have been with Young Estates for many years, and as their businesses have grown, we have supported them and managed to locate them in larger or additional premises.
