Deal direct

At Young Estates & Land Ltd we own and manage our industrial estates and do not appoint third party management companies to run them. This ensures we are at hand to deal with any issues that may arise with our tenants. We are always keen to support our tenants to ensure the success of their business.

Security

We know how important security can be so provide on-site CCTV with 24 hr recording,and remote monitoring. Our sites are also provided with secure automated security gates at the major entry points.

B2 Consent

Our estates offer Class B2 (General Industry) planning consent and have no restrictions on use. Both our Aldermaston and Leighton Buzzard estates have wide access roads suitable for articulated lorries, with our larger units having loading bays long enough to accommodate them. All our units are provided with ample free parking spaces for staff and visitors.

24hr  access

We understand that not all businesses run 9 to 5, so unrestricted 24-hour access is provided to both of our estates. Each tenant is provided with security gate entry cards to allow safe out of hours access.
