At Young Estates Ltd we own and wholly manage our industrial estates and do not appoint third party management companies to run them. This ensures we are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise with our tenants, and we are always keen to support you to ensure the success of your business.
Security
We provide on-site CCTV with 24 hr recording with remote monitoring. Our sites are also provided with secure automated security gates at the major entry points.
Time to Work
We provide 24 hour secure access to our estates. Each tenant is provided with security gate entry cards to allow safe out of hours access.
B2 Consent
Our estates offer B2 (General Industrial) planning consent and therefore have no restrictions on use. Within the design and build of our industrial estates, we make sure the access roads are suitable for articulated lorries, with our larger units have loading bays long enough to accommodate them. All our units are provided with ample free parking spaces for staff and visitors.
Flexibility
We recognise the days of long leases have long since passed. We therefore offer flexible lease terms to accommodate the changing needs of our tenants. In addition to providing short leases we also encourage our tenants to grow with us, whether through adding floor space internally, leasing additional units, or relocating to larger premises within the same industrial estate.
