Andrew Young – Managing Director
Andrew joined the company at the age of 16 and worked his way up the ladder. Andrew was appointed a Director in 1975 and now holds the position of Managing Director. Over the years, Andrew has driven the company forward by carefully managing the rebuilding and development of the estates, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of today's growing businesses.
Robert Young – Director
Robert joined the company at the age of 16. He has risen to be an integral part of the management team and was appointed a Director in 1974. Robert oversees the management of the estates and ensures they are maintained and improved to meet the requirements of our tenants.
Roy Young AFA – Company Secretary

Robert's son Roy joined the company in 1995, as Company Accountant, and in 2001 he was appointed Company Secretary. As well as running the company's finances, Roy has project managed several residential developments, and also the refurbishment of the company's head office in Aldermaston. He also orchestrated the construction of a new entrance to our Country Parkland, within which he is keenly developing the seven lakes as a fishing venue.
Tim Young MRICS – Chartered Surveyor

Tim worked as a chartered surveyor specialising in commercial property for seven years before joining the company in 2011. He has a wide range of experience in property valuation, disposal and development. Tim's role in the company is to acquire future investments for the business and to continue to develop the current estates and to secure new tenants for our industrial estates in Aldermaston, Berkshire and Leighton Buzzard.
Trina Young MAAT – Office Manager
Trina joined the company full time in 2011 after working part time in the evenings for three years prior. She has recently added to her extensive CV by qualifying as a member of the AAT and has extended her role as Office Manager, assisting with the management of the company's accounts. As a natural organiser, Trina has streamlined the operations of the company and her experience in office and event management, positions her well within the company to play an integral part to the future success and growth of Young Estates.
